We’re excited to share the latest construction update for Glenrowan Estate in Walkerston, where residential development is now well underway. Major works across the site are progressing smoothly, with clearing and grubbing completed and bulk earthworks for Stage 7 nearing completion.
Excavation is underway for the new road network, including extensions of Lonigan Street, Eileen Street, and Rawlins Street, improving accessibility throughout the community. Construction has also started on the new wetland and detention basin, which will enhance stormwater management and drainage infrastructure across the estate.
