As settlement for Stage 7 approaches, we wanted to provide a quick overview of the design approval process for your new home at Glenrowan.
Before construction can commence, your home design must be submitted for design approval. Your builder or architect will generally prepare the required plans and documentation on your behalf.
We have attached the Glenrowan Design Guidelines and Design Approval Checklist to help you and your builder understand what is required as you finalise your plans.
Preparing for Design Approval
The checklist outlines the information and plans required for submission, including your site plan, building plans, elevations, landscaping, materials and colour selections.
Once your plans are ready, the completed application and supporting documents can be emailed to dap@glenrowanestate.com.au.
We encourage you to start this process with your builder now to help ensure your plans are ready ahead of settlement. If you have any questions about the process, please contact our team.
