We’re pleased to share your latest construction update from Glenrowan Estate — with progress to report across Stage 7, Stage 8, the wetlands, Kellys Road, and Glenrowan Park.
Stage 7
Kerb work is now complete, with stormwater pit lids currently being finished. Lots are being trimmed and topsoiled ready for valuations and soil testing. The base layer of the road is underway, with road seal and asphalt booked in for mid to late August. Finishing works — including footpaths, street trees and electrical works — will follow.
Wetlands & Kellys Road
Planting continues throughout the different wetland zones, with further landscaping to come through the wetland and drainage corridor. Concrete footpaths around the wetland are also progressing. Kerb works on Kellys Road are now complete, with street light installation to commence shortly. Asphalt and seal are booked in for mid-August.
Glenrowan Park
The playground is complete, with all play equipment and soft fall installed, and the roof shelters finished. Concrete works for footpaths and garden bed edges are continuing. A drinking fountain is being installed, and the Glenrowan Park sign will go up soon. Topsoiling, final turf and landscaping are programmed for later this month.
Stage 8 & Future Stages
Earthworks are now largely complete, and underground services have commenced, with sewer installation currently underway. Earthworks, along with future planning, have also commenced across future stages for the development.
