Easter is upon us, and we’re pleased to share another construction update at Glenrowan Estate.
Since our last update, our construction team has taken advantage of breaks in the weather to achieve several key milestones. We remain on track for settlements in July.
Key milestones include:
- Kellys Road upgrades are progressing well, with the culvert installation now complete.
- Sewer works are substantially completed.
- Stormwater pipe installation is well underway across the site.
- Glenrowan Park continues to take shape, with earthworks completed and the site now ready for shelter construction.
- Roadworks commencing soon.
With land registration on track for July 2026 and only a limited number of lots remaining, now is the time to secure your place in Glenrowan.
